OUR POLICIES
Booking Policy
To ensure we can continue providing the best experience for all of our clients, we’re introducing an updated booking policy at 4Elements.
A 50% deposit will now be required to secure all appointments.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please also arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving 10 minutes or more late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited, as we cannot allow delays to impact the clients booked after you. We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, and genuine emergencies will always be considered at management’s discretion.
This policy allows us to respect the time of our therapists, accommodate clients waiting for appointments, and continue giving every client the time and care they deserve.
