Our module provides a fundamental understanding of light-based hair reduction using laser and intense pulsed light (IPL) technology. The module explore hair anatomy and physiology, hair interaction with light based therapy, hair removal treatment protocols, patient consultation and education. In addition, the safety component of working with light based hair reduction devices will be reviewed along with attention to risks and post treatment management. Your trainer will review the mechanism behind laser hair reduction, safety training, laser equipment settings, and consultation techniques. At the end of this training, you will be proficient in performing laser hair reduction and have the ability to critically think about optimal settings for your patients for each different skin colours.

Upon completion of this course you will be issued with a competence-based Laser Hair Removal Certificate, once exams and clinical practical assessments has been successfully completed.

A deposit is required to hold a spot in any desired intake date, the remaining course fee is incurred before the course commences, once we send out all the training manuals and training information, all course payments are non-refundable except at the discretion of 4Elements Academy if the student can provide evidence of serious illness that may prevent the student from completing the training course. However the student may reschedule training dates or payment may be transferrable to other course date or other students. Students who require extra days training attract extra fees depending on how many days and hours are required please ask your trainer.
